The Miamisburg Sportsmen’s Club is a private Club,
We have a membership limit and currently have only a few openings. We do
maintain a waiting list.
You will need a current member to sponsor you as a new member. NRA
membership is a requirement, as the club boasts 100% participation. You
must attend one of the monthly membership meetings (2nd Wednesday of the
month) with your sponsor where you will be introduced and submit a new
Membership application. If there any openings, at the following months
Membership meeting the attending members will vote on weather to accept
you as a member. After you are voted in, you will be required to attend
a range safety briefing and pay Membership dues before receiving a gate
key and membership card. New members are required to attend at least two
workdays during the first year.
If you do not know any members, you can come out to any of the open
shooting activities held at the club. You can participate in the
activities and meet some of the members who may be willing to sponsor
you after they get to know you.
Currently we have:
USPSA matches: Second Sunday of the month starting at 10:00 am
During the winter, October to mid May, every Monday we have a USPSA
practice match 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
Bullseye pistol league: November thru April, Tuesday from 3:30 to 8:00
pm,
Small Bore: Outdoors (50 and 100 yds) May thru July on Thursday from
4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Indoors (50 ft) January to March indoor Small bore 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
High-power matches: CMP type Wednesday 3:00 to 7:00 pm during
Spring/Summer months.
If you have teenagers, 15 to 20, we have an active Venturing Crew
(like boy scouts but co-ed) that meets every Sunday 6:00-9:00 to
participate in various shooting activities.
